Intending to steal hidden gold from the cruel landlords to pay for his sick mother’s operation, Fool instead finds himself fighting to save his own life. He must find a way to escape the mad house and save a young girl, Alice (Langer), imprisoned in it, or else he’ll become one of the people under the stairs.
